Much of Lepon Holzworth & Kato's litigation work takes place in quasijudicial administrative forums where our client either seeks relief from an administrative decision or is charged in a regulatory enforcement proceeding. Many of these cases, as well as our civil trial practice, involve the preparation and persuasive presentation of forensic testimony and scientific evidence on highly technical issues.
