Agricultural Trade & Food Safety

Our law firm represents foreign trade associations and individual companies seeking access to United States markets for agricultural commodities. We provide advice and litigation services related to a variety of non-tariff restrictions including the application of phytosanitary, environmental and marketing order regulations imposed on imports and other food regulatory issues. Our lawyers and other staff have a substantial practice arising from legislation and regulations related to aspects of homeland security measures when applied to trade through U.S. ports. Immigration Law

We provide visa status legal advice from our Washington DC law office. Our law firm’s immigration practice covers business and family based filings for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status as well as related administrative and legislative issues. We assist businesses, from small to multinational, in obtaining a variety of visa classifications for workers (immigrant and nonimmigrant) as well as assist individuals in obtaining lawful permanent residence in the U.S. (“green” cards) through employment- or family-based classifications.
